Most couples reach out eight to twelve months before their wedding date, especially for full installations or peak summer and fall dates. Smaller orders like table numbers or a single sign can often be accommodated with six to eight weeks' notice — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.

Every package includes delivery and on-site styling by our team. Larger installations also include teardown and pickup at the end of the night, so you never have to think about logistics on your wedding day.

We're based in Toronto and serve venues throughout the Greater Golden Horseshoe, including Muskoka and Niagara. For destination weddings, we ship acrylic and paper goods nationwide and can discuss travel for full installations.

We offer both. Signage and small décor pieces can be purchased as keepsakes, while larger installations like arches, candelabras, and furniture are available to rent as part of a styled package.

Every custom design includes two rounds of proof revisions before production begins, with additional rounds available if needed. We won't move to production until you've approved the final proof.

A 30% deposit secures your date and begins the design process, with the balance due three weeks before your wedding. We accept e-transfer and all major credit cards.
